Alapala Commissions 300 TPD Milling Plant for Aruana, Strengthening Long Term Partnership in Kazakhstan

Alapala, one of the global leaders in grain milling technologies, has successfully commissioned a new 300 ton per day (TPD) wheat flour milling facility for Aruana LLP, one of Kazakhstan’s leading food producers. With over 1.000 projects in 120 countries, Alapala designed, constructed, and delivered this state-of-the-art wheat flour production plant under its turnkey solution.

The new mill marks the second major investment in Aruana’s milling capacity. Aruana has significantly expanded its production capabilities to meet growing demand in Kazakhstan and surrounding markets.

Equipped with state-of-the-art processing and automation systems, the new plant ensures high milling efficiency, premium flour quality, and consistent output. The facility features advanced cleaning, grinding, and sifting technologies, along with fully automated process control for optimized energy use and reduced operational costs.

Founded in 2010, Aruana LLP is recognized for its “Patsha” brand flour, produced from high-protein wheat grown in the ecologically clean fields of Kazakhstan. The company operates its own grain storage facilities, ensuring optimal grain blending and quality control throughout the production process. Aruana supplies both the domestic market and neighbouring countries, serving bakeries, food producers, and retail distribution channels.

“Our collaboration with Aruana is a great example of how we can combine advanced milling technology with a client’s strong market vision,” said Görkem Alapala, CEO of Alapala. “Kazakhstan is a strategic market for us, and we are proud to support Aruana’s growth with a tailor-made milling solution that delivers efficiency, quality, and reliability.”

The new 300 TPD facility strengthens Aruana’s position as a premium flour supplier in Central Asia, while further cementing Alapala’s role as a trusted partner in the region’s grain processing industry.
