Bushel Plus to Rebrand as BranValt in Strategic Global Transformation

Bushel Plus Ltd., a global provider of harvest optimization and agricultural technology, has announced plans to rebrand as BranValt, with the official name change scheduled to take effect in July 2026.

The rebranding reflects the company’s evolution from a specialist in harvest loss measurement into a broader provider of integrated technologies designed to help farmers protect crop yields, improve harvesting efficiency, and maximize the value of their production.

According to Marcel Kringe, Founder and Chief Executive Officer, the company has grown significantly since its early beginnings. What initially started as a small personal project has expanded into an international business serving farmers in more than 45 countries worldwide. The new name is intended to represent the company’s growth, expanding product portfolio, and long-term global ambitions.

Under the BranValt brand, the company will continue offering its established range of harvest optimization tools. These include the SmartPan System for measuring combine harvest losses, the MAD Concaves designed to improve threshing performance in combine harvesters, and the MiniCombine used for small-scale crop testing and harvesting trials. The company will also continue operating its training initiative, Harvest Academy, which provides education and technical guidance to farmers and agricultural equipment professionals seeking to improve harvest performance.

Kringe explained that bringing these products and services together under a single global brand is intended to simplify how farmers identify and access solutions that help reduce harvest losses and improve overall productivity.

Despite the name change, the company says its core values and operational focus will remain unchanged. The existing team will continue supporting farmers and dealers worldwide with the same technical expertise, customer service, and product innovation that the company has built its reputation on.

The new brand name also reflects the company’s origins and agricultural heritage. The word “Bran” references the city of Brandon in Manitoba, where the company was founded and continues to operate. The term also symbolically relates to the protective outer layer of grain, representing strength and protection of harvest yields.

The second part of the name, “Valt,” is inspired by the concept of a vault, symbolizing safeguarding every kernel produced by farmers. It also reflects the agricultural heritage connected to rural Germany, where the company’s founder grew up.

The company plans to begin introducing the BranValt name across product packaging, communications, and industry events during early 2026, with the full transition expected to be completed by July.

As the rebranding progresses, products will continue to be distributed through the company’s global dealer network, ensuring that farmers and agricultural equipment partners maintain uninterrupted access to its harvest optimization technologies.

The rebrand is expected to strengthen the company’s global positioning while supporting its continued innovation in technologies designed to help farmers protect yields, improve harvesting performance, and increase profitability.
