In its first phase, NEADAP focused on Ethiopia, Kenya, and Uganda, working with farmers, cooperatives, and industry players to enhance dairy production and supply chains. Now, the initiative is scaling up its impact by expanding into Tanzania, Rwanda, and Burundi, ensuring that more dairy stakeholders benefit from cutting-edge research, training, and best practices.
